The Mariinski Orchestra in the Geneva Opera

The Neva Foundation and its partners, Gazprombank Switzland and the Banque Pictet, sponsored the exceptional and unique performance of the Orchestra of the Mariinski Theater (Saint-Petersbourg) and his artistic director, maestro Valery Gerviev. The wonderful mezzo-soprano Olga Borodina joined them to perform airs of Moussorgsky and Saint-Saëns. The progarmme included also the Ouvertue to The Khovanshina of Modest Moussorgsky, the Bacchnalia of Saint-Saëns and the Fourth Symphony fa mineur, op.36 of Chaikovsky.
